Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure all original tags and protective materials are intact.
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA slip inside the package. Please ship the return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we process refunds promptly upon approval.
- Timing: After your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). For PayPal payments, the refund will go directly back to your PayPal account.
- Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping via EMS, a deduction may be applied to the refund to account for the initial shipping cost incurred by us.
Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account after we initiate it.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this in your initial request. We will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is of a different value, we will process a partial refund or charge for the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our creative customers and families, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal Care & Hygiene Items: Any product categorized under Bath or Beauty that is opened or used for sanitary reasons.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any specially ordered or personalized art, craft furniture, or decor.
- Damaged or Altered Items: Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, are not in original condition, or are missing parts.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
This policy is in alignment with our commitment to providing safe, hygienic, and high-quality products, especially in categories like baby and bath where well-being is paramount.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
