- Cost: A flat fee of $12.95 USD.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Cost: FREE on all orders over $50 USD.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process for most items within 15 days of the delivery date.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)
Contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to start the process. Please use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:- Your Order Number
- Product Name(s) (e.g., Armoire, Bathroom Mirror)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution: Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit
- Receive Instructions & Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we will email you detailed return instructions and a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without this number. - Package and Ship Your Return
Securely repackage the item(s) in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA slip. Ship to the address provided using a trackable service, as you are responsible for the package until it arrives at our warehouse. - Inspection & Processing
Once received, our team will inspect the return (typically within 5 business days). We will then notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Your satisfaction is our priority. Upon approval of your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free EMS shipping, a deduction may be applied to the refund to account for the initial shipping cost we incurred.
Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this in your initial request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our customers—especially our creative families and individuals—the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal Care & Hygiene Items: Any opened or used product from the Bath or Beauty categories (for sanitary reasons).
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Specially ordered or personalized Art, Craft Furniture, or Decor.
- Damaged or Altered Items: Products not in original condition due to customer misuse, damage, or missing parts.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: These are explicitly marked as non-returnable at purchase.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
